I have been contacted by a number of constituents in Nether Heyford and the surrounding villages, concerned about plans to close the post office.
I know that this branch is particularly crucial to elderly and vulnerable residents who rely on the post office to access their finances, pensions and bill paying facilities.
Having been in communication with the Nether Heyford Parish Council, and the Post Office, I am thrilled to confirm that the Post Office have decided to keep the Nether Heyford branch open.
I know this news will be welcomed by the residents who would be lost without the fantastic services offered here.
