Last week, I was finally able to join the members of the Flore Women' Institute to honour their (slightly delayed) centenary celebrations.
After 18 months meeting online throughout the pandemic, the group were finally able to meet face-to-face and celebrate all that they have achieved over the last 100 (+1) years as a branch.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching the Morris dancers perform their dance 'Waiting for the Vaccine', and did not hold back on the delicious cake!
