I've been informed of a number of road closures around the Woodford Halse area from October 2022 to April 2023 whilst essential gas main replacements are carried out.

These essential works involve the replacement of the old metal mains with new plastic pipes to ensure the continuation of safe and efficient gas supply to the local area.

You can find information below about when and where the essential works are taking place, but if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me on [email protected].

13 March to 03 April (3 weeks) ROAD CLOSURE

Parsons Street – Road closure

For everyone’s safety we will need to have a road closure in place for the duration of these works.  We will operate a rolling closure from the junction of ?? to ?? on Parsons Street.   There will be no through vehicle access, access to Parsons Street will be via diversion route.  Access to properties within the closure will be maintained, the team will keep residents directly informed about local arrangements.     Residents will receive letters nearer the time of the works and we will also have advance warning signs to help keep road users informed.
